  • Managed the operations team with 25 operation team managers and 100+ staff.

  • Implemented global Service Level Agreement framework for IT infrastructure services based on ITIL and legal regulations.

  • Management review of Japan clients for infrastructure service level management between client and State Street.

  • Monitored external outsourcing vendor KPI and take corrective actions if there are deviations to the process or KPI’s.

  • Executed multiple office shutdown process and office relocations projects.

New Business Integration, Asia Pacific, Vice President (2007 – 2013)

  • Responsible for infrastructure oversight and management expertise for new business opportunities, from due diligence through post-implementation signoff.

  • Transitioned over 10 new clients in the region with trillion dollars of assets under State Street custody management.

  • Reduced the previous transition period (approximately 24 months) to approximately 6 months by identifying pain points and negotiations with the clients.

  • Identified potential risk points and synergy opportunities in the new client pipeline and recommend actions.

  • Remained in Japan during the Tohoku earthquake in 2011 to manage the business recovery process and ensure that the business continued to service the clients and stock markets.
