Developed and managed Global Takeda IT Governance framework.
Wrote Global IT Strategy and supported global CIO in committees.
Defined IT KPI’s on performance of the Corporate IT organization including tracking, facilitating the efficient processes of governance reporting.
Developed and deployed Global IT Program Financial management framework and reduce the time to produce reports from 3 weeks to 3 hours.
Ensured regular portfolio status reporting towards IT Leadership group.

Head of Program Management, Manufacturing & Supply Chain and Asia Pacific (Mar 2015 – Aug 2017)

Divested 2 plants in Europe and a core member of Takeda due diligence team for new biologics manufacturing in USA.
Built, lead and deployed a shared pool of skilled program managers to execute complex global manufacturing and supply chain projects.
Coached global project managers to promote a consistent and effective delivery of projects and performance. A person was trained to become my successor as part of succession planning.
Implemented improvements in project execution, allowing weekly automated project updates to stakeholders.
Responsible for project problem analysis, decision-making, financial review meetings and technical review meetings.
